A courtesy call to Director, Value Addition, Daisy by Berur Horticultural Cooperative Society officials led by the Chairman. The Chairman took the Director through the Coop main objectives. The Director was assured of the officials commitments in running the Coop in a transparent and efficient manner. Already the Coop has put in place very good leadership mechanism e.g. good record system, leadership structures and defined duties of all those working for the coop among other structures.
In her response, the Director assured the officials that they will schedule frequent meetings to assist in smooth running of the coop. They will assist the coop in trainings of it’s staff and management. She indicated that she has noted the already good start of the coop, in particular the transparent and efficient structures put in place. She wished the officials well and gave assurance of her office support.
